In this poster, we will present our works regarding to properties of CuSCN layer as a hole transporting layer (which recently was demonstrated on devices > 20% PCE using high-temperature TiO2 as electron transporting layer in n-i-p structure, reference 1) on achieving high-efficiency, hysteresis-free, stable devices. Energy alignments and long-term stability of the corresponding devices will be also discussed in details. Given the exciting progress in perovskite solar cells, we believe that our findings will contribute to the better understanding of the roles of charge transporting materials toward efficient perovskite top-cells in either 4-termial or 2-terminal configurations.
