Flexible all-solid-state micro-supercapacitors are an emerging field of wearable electronics, since traditional supercapacitors are too large for microelectronics, and fabrication processes are not compatible with fine electrical feature applications. In this study, we integrated an all-solid-state flexible micro-supercapacitor with high performance based on 3D-graphene/SWNT/Ag NWs on the commercial flexible film by a plotter-assisted method. The 3D-graphene/SWNT/Ag NW micro-supercapacitor exhibited a superior areal capacitance of 19 mF cm-2 and 84% capacitance retention after 10,000 cycles. The energy density value ranged from 0.1 to 2.75 µWh cm-2 with a maximum power density of 361 to 5.71 µW cm-2. The capacitance retention and electrical performance did not show noticeable degradation under various mechanical deformations. The device fabrication of an all-solid state micro-supercapacitor that can be transferred directly onto fabric provides a viable method for producing versatile wearable electronic devices.
