The film quality of perovskite (CH3MH3PbI3) is very crucial to the performance of perovskite solar cells. Here we present two methods to grow high quality perovskite films via a simple and rapid process. Polymer PAN and a series of hydrochlorides with different organic amine cations were introduced into CH3NH3PbI3 solution as a additive to obtain solar cells with high power conversion efficiency (PCE). Based on the device performance, 2D material MoS2 and GO as interfacial layers make perovskite solar cells with a planar heterojunction have high PCE up to 19.14% with high VOC of 1.35 V as well as a significant enhancement of stability.
